PLUSSES:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Project experience leading ERP implementations specifically within SalesForce
- Experience with enterprise level companies in most recent role
- Experience leveraging lean/six sigma methodologies

Daily Responsibilities:
Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Manager for a full-time opportunity onsite in the Louisville, KY area. This Project Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating project team members, ensuring they take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. The Project Manager leads end-to-end project management for the implementation of IT infrastructure and vendor application services within corporate functions. They collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans, developing and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. They manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. The Project Manager coordinates with vendors to procure necessary hardware, software, and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of IT infrastructure components, including network systems, servers, and security measures. Additionally, they facilitate system testing and training sessions to ensure a smooth transition of IT services into production. The Project Manager ensures all project documentation is accurately maintained and accessible for reporting purposes, monitors project progress, and provides regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and deviations from the project plan. They travel to project locations at key points in the project lifecycle, thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The Project Manager also contributes to the ongoing continuous improvement of IT PMO processes, tools, and templates. This is a full-time direct placement role with an ever-evolving company in the Louisville, KY area.
***Compensation: 100-135k
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
